Removal and installation of upper shield assembly of multi-function switch

Remove

Caution
Be careful during removal to avoid scratching the surface material.

  1. Remove the right trim panel assembly of instrument panel. Refer to Removal and installation of right trim panel assembly of instrument panel 

  2. Remove the left trim panel assembly of instrument panel. Refer to Removal and installation of left trim panel assembly of instrument panel 

  3. Remove the upper shield assembly of multi-function switch.

    1. Remove 1 fixing screw.

    2. Detach the upper shield assembly of multi-function switch from the lower shield assembly of multi-function switch.

    3. Take out the upper shield assembly of multi-function switch.

Install

  1. Install it in the reverse order of removal.
