Removal and installation of front wiper right arm assembly

Removal

  1. Remove the wiper arm trim screw cap. Refer to Removal and installation of wiper arm trim screw cap 

  2. Remove 1 fixing nut and take out the right arm and blade assembly of front wiper.

    • Tightening torque: 24 N•m

    Caution

    • The wiper arm assembly may be connected tightly with the front wiper drive system assembly, so it is necessary to carefully shake the wiper arm assembly upward by hand before removal.

    • During removal, be careful not to damage the front windshield due to the rebound of the wiper arm assembly.

  3. To replace the front wiper right arm assembly, remove the following accessories from it:

Installation

Caution

  • When installing the front wiper arm assembly, adjust its installation position and align the wiper blade with the locating dot under the front windshield.

  • Turn on the wiper switch after installation, and the wiper system shall work normally.

  1. Install it in the reverse order of removal.
