Removal and installation of front wiper right blade assembly

Remove

Caution

  • Before removing the wiper blade assembly, enter the Infotainment system → Vehicle health → Maintenance setting interface to activate the wiper maintenance function, then wipers will run to a high position and stop.

  • After installation, deactivate the wiper maintenance function, and wipers will return to the reset position.

  1. Power off the low-voltage electrical system. Refer to Power-off and power-on of low-voltage electrical system 

  2. Remove the front wiper right blade assembly.

    Caution
    After removing the front wiper right blade assembly, wrap the part where the wiper arm contacts the front windshield with a cloth and gently lower the wiper arm to prevent damage to the front windshield caused by rebound.

    1. Lift the right wiper arm assembly of front wiper and press the limiting clip.

    2. Remove the front wiper right blade assembly in the axial direction.

Install

Caution

  • When installing the wiper blade into the wiper arm, you should hear a "click" sound and check whether it is installed in place.

  • After installing the wiper blade, gently lower the wiper arm to prevent damage to the front windshield caused by rapid falling.

  1. Install it in the reverse order of removal.
