Removal and installation of instrument panel cluster assembly

Remove

  1. Power off the low-voltage electrical system. Refer to Power-off and power-on of low-voltage electrical system 

  2. Remove the instrument panel cluster screw cover. Refer to Removal and installation of instrument panel cluster screw cover 

  3. Remove 2 fixing bolts.

    • Tightening torque: 9 N•m

  4. Detach it from the instrument panel body assembly.

    Caution
    Do not apply excessive force during removal to prevent damage to connectors.

  5. Disconnect 2 connectors and take out the instrument panel cluster assembly.

Install

Caution
After installation, test the instrument panel cluster assembly.

  1. Install it in the reverse order of removal.
